    Does my order have a tracking number?

    CANADA : if you selected the 3.00$ Letter mail shipping it is not tracked and can take a long time to reach you.

    INTERNATIONAL : always includes tracking

    + Unless your order is Canada letter mail, I make my labels on Etsy and the informations are sent automatically. If your confirmation of shipment message doesn't include tracking, there isn't one.

    + You can have access to your purchases on Etsy by clicking on your image profile and you'll be able to see if your order includes tracking.

    International orders : Will I be refunded if I send back my order without paying the import taxes?

    If you paid for shipping : I will refund your order minus the shipping fees.
    If the shipping was free : I will subtract the amount I paid to ship your parcel from the total of your order, this can go from 20$CA to 65$CA
