CANADA : if you selected the 3.00$ Letter mail shipping it is not tracked and can take a long time to reach you.
INTERNATIONAL : always includes tracking
+ Unless your order is Canada letter mail, I make my labels on Etsy and the informations are sent automatically. If your confirmation of shipment message doesn't include tracking, there isn't one.
+ You can have access to your purchases on Etsy by clicking on your image profile and you'll be able to see if your order includes tracking.
International orders : Will I be refunded if I send back my order without paying the import taxes?
If you paid for shipping : I will refund your order minus the shipping fees.

Gift for my daughter. She finds the wood a bit too grippy for regular wool(she knits socks). She still thinks they are beautiful and work well for slicker yarns. The seller has sweet packaging.
